Payment methods
We want you to shop safely and with pleasure, which is why we only use payment systems that are the most current and trusted in terms of internet technology. Immediately after your payment has been received, your order will be further processed. This often means you will receive your order the next day! A bank/giro transfer via internet banking often arrives to us the same day, sometimes the next working day. The other payment methods are carried out immediately. We offer you various options to pay for your order, see the overview below for more details.
iDEAL is based on internet banking. This means that you can pay in your trusted payment environment, based on your bank's security methods.
How does iDEAL work?
You place an order in the online store. When paying for the order you can indicate that you want to pay with iDEAL. After completing the order, click on the iDEAL payment button and select your bank. You will then be redirected to your own bank where the payment order is ready. You will be asked by your bank to enter some information and you authorize the payment. The amount is immediately debited from your account and the online store is informed that the order has been paid. If you use internet banking at one of the participating banks, you can pay with iDEAL. You do not have to register separately for this.
I have made a payment, how can I be sure I have paid?
After every payment with iDEAL you will see a confirmation that you can print or email. You will also find the payment directly in your account statement.
Can I reverse an iDEAL payment?
A payment with iDEAL, just like a payment via Internet banking or a PIN payment, is irrevocable after execution and cannot be reversed.

In the case of a transfer, it may take several working days before we receive your payment. Because your order will only be processed once we have received your payment, you should take a longer delivery time into account. Always mention your order number, which will save us a lot of searching.
