This cape also has special ties that can be tied around your waist to prevent it from blowing up.
The hood can be adjusted in several ways so that it fits perfectly and you can look behind you safely.

Furthermore, the collar of this rain poncho can be closed high with a waterproof zipper and the cape has two press studs on the sides, which gives the poncho more shape and also prevents it from blowing up.
